LIBRA LIGHT PRIVACY POLICY, in compliance with new GDPR regulations commencing 25 May 2018.

Information required prior to a treatment commencing
We request your contact details which include name, address, post code, email and phone number. We also require information about your age, as well as continually updated information about your health and lifestyle. You are also asked to provide details of your registered medical practice and next of kin, or other person you wish to have nominated in this regard.
Why this information is necessary
We have a lawful basis for processing your information for contractual reasons. We need to ensure we provide a safe and suitable treatment plan specifically for you. We also have to comply with the professional code of conduct and ethics set out by our registered professional association, the Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) and the insuring body. For both parties (yourself and LIBRA LIGHT) to fulfil the contract, you are required to provide your personal information, in order for us to carry out an appropriate treatment. You do have the right to withhold your personal data from us. Should this be the case, however, we will be unable to offer you a treatment.
We will not share your data
LIBRA LIGHT will not share your data with any third parties.
Marketing
We may wish to keep in touch using the details you have provided to inform you of any free model places available, any special offers and business activities of LIBRA LIGHT.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by telephone, text or email.
